Sweetheart in Dusseldorf

Used to be regular customer here because of the tasty burgers, but the last time I went there, 4 days ago, I couldn't believe that I am eating the same burger I have ordered 1000 times... The bread was extremly old, so I decided I better leave it, and the meat tasted just like any half-prepared frosen patties you can byu in supermarkets... I am not sure if I am going to give them another chance, maybe months after this Covid-19 thing is over... (assuming that is the reason for the poor quality...) 2 stars only because the fries were still the same...

Starting with the fact that our "service staff" was very little motivated, it was already negative for us (4 people) when ordering drinks as far as this shop was concerned. Only 0.5 liter glasses during the football broadcast! The food (4 burgers) wasn't bad, but nothing special either.

Unfortunately, the restaurant hardly had any vegetarian dishes on offer - I thought it was a shame, as the only vegetarian salad was also rather poor. The service was okay and of course the location is great. Still not worth a second visit.

Hey were there yesterday. After we paid and had finished our last drinks, we were kicked out by a very unfriendly doorman. Just because we stood at our table for a brief moment, even though we should sit. (Corona rule) And that for one-off offenses. Without warning. Paying guests are treated badly here, bad staff. You can also scare away your guests. And spoil the evening. If you want to feel good, you should better avoid this shop. Once and never again. Not recommendable. Greetings Chris

Very unfriendly service lady, no service thought, no hello, no thanks, no bye ... We weren't allowed to choose a table, although enough was free. Once and never again!

Cocktails is good but service not good.

Something I can truly support are the desserts. Grandpa, Grandma and I have been there for the fifth time and have tried a little bit new every time we visit. The seating is very comfortable and I think the distance between the tables is particularly appropriate. There you don't even get the feeling of having dinner like sardines in a can. The waiter was quick, well-groomed and friendly. My husband and I are completely pleasantly surprised. We'll all reappear for sure.

I used to be there often and gladly, but with the staff you think twice ... The female waiters there are arrogant underground, and even cheat. It was claimed (after changing the waiter) that we had not yet paid, although we had paid long ago. A second lady was brought in (who supposedly had something to say) who also claimed that we had not yet paid, although the table next door could testify that we had already paid. You do not receive receipts even on request. So you can also improve your salary ...

If you are traveling alone, for example for professional reasons, you do not need to go here. Unless you want to sit inside at 25 degrees. Tables were free outside, but those who come alone have to get in. At least that's what the nice lady at the entrance said. And I'm just saying goodbye.

You shouldn't eat here alone. You will then be treated differently than the other guests. In this fine weather you don't get a table outside. Individual guests would like to sit alone in the house. I don't know why, because there were still enough tables available. ?

Food had already been ordered that I was not able to wear a mask for health reasons. I was refused to go to the toilet. Either with a mask or no toilet. Thank god it wasn't a problem three locations away. 110 euros went through the rags. You probably don't need it!

I've always enjoyed being there. However, individual people are now being rejected. Thank you.

Food was fine. Staff absolutely unfriendly, read the customers of beggars at dinner talked and did nothing against. An ashtray was not available on request as there was no ID to prove that you can smoke.

Service is good but the nachos have way too much sauce. Not eatable. It's better to order drinks than to eat.

The jumbo drinks are a jumbo mistake.. avoid this place at all costs. I ordered a bloody mary and it didn't not even taste like tomato juice.. it tasted like a tomato sauce, and it had zero alcohol

Unfriendly staff, unclean from inside (wouldn't recommend eating there), using the cheepest alcohol for their cocktails if the guest isn't looking, sometimes just ice, I know that cause I worked there for weeks and that's what the boss told me to do.

Cannot really recommend that place, food was ok at best, same goes for the staff. Not terrible but u won't be visiting again.

Cheap carnival hamburgers. Dull fries and slaw. For same price you should get 100% meat patties .. Shameful that an enterprise will save on his clients bellies to increase margins. Only drinks are acceptable

Lovely service

We always order the burger of the day for a fair price. Always fresh meat and really nice French fries on the side. Cosy environment and really friendly stuff!

They have happy hours. Monday and Thursday from 8pm. On another days happy hour between 8pm and 11pm. Cool music. There was also a console. I guess on Saturday they have also a dj. The main room has nice coaches. We were on Sunday evening. Not many people was there. The alcoholic drinks I had the feeling don’t have alcohol :) but fine. They have a “hot “ separe made of chains :)
